As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Support payroll administration, leave management, and benefits enrollment.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and provide administrative support for training and development initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local labor laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
