Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage employee records and HR documentation systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing staff
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration
- Conduct employee relations activities and maintain positive workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Organize training and development programs for staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or recruitment
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
