Asia Select Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits to join our team in Alabang, Metro Manila. As an integral part of our human resources department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of recruitment processes, accurate payroll and benefits handling, and proper maintenance of HR systems and employee records.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including benefits deductions and other compensation elements
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits
- Maintain and update HR systems and databases to ensure accurate employee records
- Analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Assist in employee relations matters, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR functions, with specific focus on compensation and benefits
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, particularly those related to compensation and benefits
- Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
