Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations through conflict mediation, grievance handling, and proactive relationship-building
- Oversee labor relations compliance, including collective bargaining preparation and union negotiations
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Philippine labor laws and company standards
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and disciplinary matters
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention
- Provide expert guidance to managers on HR best practices and performance management
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed
- Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee/labor relations
- Deep expertise in Philippine labor laws (DOLE, NLRC) and compliance frameworks
- Proven conflict resolution and mediation skills with successful case outcomes
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all organizational levels
- SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality
