Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage employee relations through conflict mediation, grievance handling, and proactive relationship-building
  • Oversee labor relations compliance, including collective bargaining preparation and union negotiations
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Philippine labor laws and company standards
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and disciplinary matters
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and retention
  • Provide expert guidance to managers on HR best practices and performance management
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives as needed
  • Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to service delivery

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on employee/labor relations
  • Deep expertise in Philippine labor laws (DOLE, NLRC) and compliance frameworks
  • Proven conflict resolution and mediation skills with successful case outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all organizational levels
  • SHRM-SCP or equivalent HR certification preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality
