Join Expat. Roasters Indonesia as our HR Generalist (F&B) and become a key driver of our people strategy in the dynamic food and beverage industry. This role offers the opportunity to shape our workplace culture by managing end-to-end recruitment processes, designing impactful training programs, and implementing robust HR policies. You'll collaborate closely with department heads to address staffing needs, foster employee engagement initiatives, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. As a pivotal member of our HR team, you'll handle sensitive employee relations matters, performance management systems, and benefits administration while maintaining accurate HR records. This position is ideal for a proactive HR professional passionate about building strong organizational foundations in a growing F&B company.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for F&B operations
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives
- Oversee HR policy implementation and ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes
- Maintain and update HRIS systems with accurate employee data
- Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in training program development and delivery
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
