Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for garment production, design, and e-commerce roles
- Develop and implement employee relations programs to boost retention and productivity
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration aligned with industry standards
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations
- Design and execute training programs for skill development in garment manufacturing
- Handle HR administration including payroll processing and documentation
- Support organizational development initiatives and performance management systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience in garment or manufacturing sector
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (Ketenagakerjaan)
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with workforce planning in labor-intensive environments
- Certification in HR management (e.g., CHRP) is advantageous
