Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with labor regulations
- Administer employee relations programs including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and performance management systems
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities
- Manage HRIS data integrity and reporting analytics
- Support organizational development initiatives and change management projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience with recruitment focus
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Certified HR Professional (CHRP) or equivalent preferred
- Experience in employee engagement and talent development programs
