Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and industry standards
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and attractive packages
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career progression
- Manage HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations
- Assist in strategic HR planning and initiatives to support business growth
- Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and generate reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus
