Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to screening and candidate interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless and positive integration into the company culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
  • Assist in the administration of employee performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Support the HR team in executing employee engagement programs and organizational development initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with all local labor laws and government-mandated requirements.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in HR operations or full-cycle recruitment.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
