Join Electrolux's dynamic People Services & Solutions team as an HR Generalist, playing a pivotal role in supporting HR operational activities across our Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa regions. As a key contributor, you'll drive end-to-end HR processes including employee onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data maintenance
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local labor laws and company standards
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance support
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Conduct training programs on HR policies, compliance, and professional development
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems
- Collaborate with regional teams to deliver consistent HR services across APAC & MEA
- Monitor compliance with employment regulations and recommend process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of generalist HR experience in multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) preferred
- Experience in APAC & MEA regions highly desirable
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
