In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between operational HR needs and strategic talent development, ensuring our workforce remains agile, skilled, and highly engaged.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to manage the full spectrum of HR functions while taking ownership of L&D initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, curate training programs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategies to align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct regular training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps across various departments.
  • Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, including program design, vendor management, and post-training evaluation.
  • Provide operational HR support, including payroll administration, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or L&D-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for employee development and fostering a positive work culture.
