Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps across various departments.
- Manage the end-to-end training lifecycle, including program design, vendor management, and post-training evaluation.
- Provide operational HR support, including payroll administration, leave management, and employee record maintenance.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or L&D-focused role.
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
