Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D) strategies that support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain competency models and career frameworks to guide employee progression.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design targeted development interventions.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and leadership training sessions to enhance organizational capability.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand talent requirements and support succession planning.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs to ensure continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on Learning & Development and talent management.
- Proven experience building career frameworks, competency models, or L&D programs from the ground up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and inform strategic HR decisions.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
