Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws
  • Oversee employee onboarding programs and orientation processes
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans
  • Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities
  • Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS systems

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience in a corporate setting
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite
  • Certified HR Practitioner (PHRi/SPHR) preferred
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee coaching
