Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration
- Develop and implement standardized HR policies, procedures, and workflows
- Manage employee relations through conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Architect data-driven HR systems using HRIS platforms to optimize people analytics
- Oversee compliance with Indonesian labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Lead compensation and benefits administration and benchmarking
- Generate HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience with focus on people operations
- Expertise in Indonesian labor laws (PPK, Ketenagakerjaan) and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CHRP) preferred
- Experience in fast-paced startup or tech environment advantageous
