Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee relations matters including conflict resolution and performance management
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration and payroll coordination
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with labor standards and company culture
- Conduct training programs and professional development initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data privacy compliance
- Support organizational development through engagement surveys and culture initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience with remote work exposure
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills with ability to work independently
- SHRM or HR certification preferred
- Experience in tech or BPO industry highly desirable
