Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
- Manage employee benefits programs and compensation structures
- Oversee performance management processes and initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience in FMCG manufacturing industry is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
