Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of retail staff
- Manage comprehensive employee records systems ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Administer payroll processing including salary computations, deductions, and statutory contributions
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Philippine labor standards and company culture
- Handle employee relations issues through conflict resolution and performance management
- Coordinate training programs to enhance staff competency and career development
- Oversee benefits administration and leave management systems
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure operational compliance and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years progressive HR experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Proficiency in Philippine Labor Code and SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG regulations
- Advanced skills in HRIS systems and payroll processing software
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Proven experience in retail or consumer products sector HR operations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced retail environments
