Join Koding Next as an HR Generalist Supervisor and lead our dynamic People Operations team. We are seeking a strategic and empathetic leader to drive end-to-end HR operations, ensuring our organization remains compliant, efficient, and people-centric. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily HR functions, manage payroll and BPJS administration, and mentor a team of HR professionals to foster a thriving workplace culture.
As the HR Generalist Supervisor, you will act as a key business partner, bridging the gap between management and employees. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations while implementing innovative HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end HR operations, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Manage full-cycle payroll processing and administer BPJS (Health and Employment Insurance) for all employees.
- Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Facilitate employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular HR audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor law, and BPJS regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
- Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
