  • Design and execute comprehensive onboarding programs to accelerate new hire integration and productivity
  • Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Act as primary HR advisor to department heads on talent planning and succession initiatives
  • Enhance candidate experience through personalized communication and transparent feedback loops
  • Implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and talent trends to continuously improve hiring outcomes

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in HR generalist or talent acquisition roles
  • Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and recruitment software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Proven ability to thrive in hybrid work environments with self-directed management
