Capital One is actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Help Center Coordinator to join our growing team in the Calabarzon & Mimaropa regions. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will serve as the first line of support for employee and manager inquiries. Your primary mission will be to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
In this dynamic role, you will report directly to the Principal HR Specialist and collaborate closely with senior recruiters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing the HR ticketing system, updating employee records in our HRIS, assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, and providing administrative support for various HR projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries via phone, email, and the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Assist the Principal HR Specialist in administering HR policies, programs, and processes across the designated regions.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and strict confidentiality.
- Support the recruitment team with scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and preparing onboarding documentation for new hires.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for performance management, leave administration, and employee benefits processing.
- Generate regular HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery and contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles for employees.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies, assisting in internal and external audits as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or high-volume customer service role. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, HR principles, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
