Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to employee relations
  • Conduct investigations into workplace issues and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain positive relationships
  • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
  • Monitor workplace trends and provide insights to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with HR team on strategic initiatives related to employee relations

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with focus on industrial/employee relations
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proven track record of implementing effective HR policies
  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
