Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures related to employee relations
- Conduct investigations into workplace issues and provide recommendations for resolution
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to maintain positive relationships
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policy and legal requirements
- Monitor workplace trends and provide insights to improve employee satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with HR team on strategic initiatives related to employee relations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with focus on industrial/employee relations
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proven track record of implementing effective HR policies
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
