We are seeking a dynamic HR Industrial and Employee Relations Officer to join our team in Kalimantan Barat. This critical role requires a law graduate with proven experience in labor law and employee relations. You will be instrumental in maintaining harmonious workplace relationships, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, and resolving workplace disputes effectively. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of industrial relations frameworks and demonstrate exceptional communication skills to foster positive employee engagement while protecting organizational interests. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage employee relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Advise management on labor law compliance and regulatory changes
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Indonesian labor regulations
- Represent the company in labor negotiations and dispute resolution
- Conduct training sessions on employment law and company policies
- Monitor workplace climate and recommend proactive engagement strategies
- Collaborate with legal counsel on complex industrial relations matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Industrial Relations (S1 Hukum/Hubungan Industrial)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with focus on labor relations
- Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003 and amendments)
- Certified HR professional (CHRP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector preferred
