Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle by posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and setting up employee accounts.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and company-wide meetings.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and ensure employee records are accurate and complete.
- Assist in the administration of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company benefits programs.
- Prepare and process HR-related documents such as employment contracts, certificates of employment, and memos.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing correspondence and scheduling appointments.
- Participate in special HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving department efficiency and employee experience.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Must be a graduating student (4th year) requiring internship placement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
