BreadTalk Group, a leading bakery and food chain in Singapore, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team at our Tai Seng office. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions within a fast-paced and growing organisation.
As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Support the onboarding process for new hires including preparation of employment contracts and orientation materials
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system with accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development activities
- Help organise employee engagement events and initiatives
- Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed
- Provide administrative support to the HR team on various projects
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Prior internship or work experience in HR is an advantage but not required
