BreadTalk Group, a leading bakery and food chain in Singapore, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team at our Tai Seng office. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions within a fast-paced and growing organisation.

As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR team with day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires including preparation of employment contracts and orientation materials
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee development activities
  • Help organise employee engagement events and initiatives
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team on various projects

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is an advantage but not required
