Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offer letters.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all employees.
- Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and employee personnel files with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help coordinate and organize employee engagement initiatives, training workshops, and team-building activities.
- Assist in payroll preparation by tracking attendance, leave submissions, and overtime claims.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and internship certificates.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist with ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and HR best practices is an advantage.
