Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Help maintain and update employee records in the HR database with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Participate in planning and executing employee engagement and wellness activities.
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as drafting letters and managing documentation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to address basic employee inquiries and provide support.
  • Assist in compiling HR metrics and reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources, specifically within the retail sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude, willing to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
