Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including document preparation and orientation coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help organize and execute employee engagement programs and internal company events.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, memos, and internal communications.
- Participate in HR administrative tasks including benefits administration and payroll support.
- Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to support departmental improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning about organizational development and talent management.
- Availability to commit to a full-time or part-time internship arrangement as required.
