Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the HR department with daily administrative tasks and office operations.
  • Support the recruitment team by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with strict adherence to data privacy.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of essential HR documentation and contracts.
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Participate in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports regarding HR metrics and office coordination.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new HR software and administrative processes.
  • Ability to work full-time hours in our Makati office.
