Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation and orientation materials.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and attendance data.
  • Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll administration tasks.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and industry trends.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the HR department's daily operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic HR software.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and employee relations concepts.
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
