Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Support employee onboarding activities, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Help organize and coordinate training programs and professional development activities
- Support HR administration tasks such as processing leave requests and updating employee information
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication campaigns
- Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends to support HR initiatives
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of employees
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Previous internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus
