Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Support employee onboarding by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions
- Help organize and deliver training programs for employee development and skill enhancement
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in administering employee benefits, leave management, and compliance with labor regulations
- Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities and performance management processes
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn about HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team
