Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal events.
  • Assist with payroll administration and leave management requests.
  • Maintain and organize HR databases and internal communication channels.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team and handle HR-related inquiries.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software knowledge.
