Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Manage and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal events.
- Assist with payroll administration and leave management requests.
- Maintain and organize HR databases and internal communication channels.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and handle HR-related inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HR software knowledge.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws is an added advantage.
