Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Manage and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and orientation materials.
- Conduct market research and compile data for salary benchmarking and workforce planning.
- Prepare HR reports, attendance records, and monthly payroll summaries as required.
- Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced corporate environment.
