Are you passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in employee and labor relations? Flash Express is seeking an HR Intern to support our Employee & Labor Litigation team. This is a unique opportunity to dive deep into the complexities of HR compliance, labor law, and dispute resolution in a dynamic corporate environment.

As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our experienced HR professionals to understand and assist in managing employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations, and supporting the documentation and resolution of labor-related issues. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to build a strong foundation in HR, particularly in the areas of employee relations and labor law.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the investigation and documentation of employee relations issues and labor complaints.
  • Support the preparation of legal documents and correspondence related to labor litigation.
  • Stay updated on current labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel as needed.
  • Help maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and resolutions.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Conduct research on labor law precedents and industry trends to support case strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in employee relations, labor law, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and research abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
