Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity
- Support creation of employer branding content across digital and physical platforms
- Coordinate internal events, workshops, and recognition programs
- Conduct research on HR trends and benchmarking in engagement strategies
- Collaborate on employer value proposition (EVP) development and communication
- Analyze employee feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain and update HR communication channels (intranet, newsletters)
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong interest in employer branding and employee engagement practices
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe) a plus
- Proactive, organized, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Creative mindset with passion for developing innovative HR solutions
- Previous internship or campus leadership experience preferred
