Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Support employee onboarding programs and documentation preparation
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records
- Coordinate training initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Handle HR administrative tasks including leave processing and documentation
- Support compliance with labor regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning needs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end HR processes
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations
