Tanggung Jawab
- Support HR Business Partners in employee relations initiatives and performance management processes
- Assist in talent acquisition activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage recruitment databases and maintain accurate candidate tracking systems
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives across digital platforms
- Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
- Conduct research on HR trends and competitive talent market analysis
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in HRBP functions and talent acquisition strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR is advantageous
