Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Support employee onboarding programs and documentation
  • Maintain and update HRIS records and employee databases
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events
  • Prepare HR reports and administrative documentation
  • Assist in policy implementation and compliance monitoring
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong academic standing with minimum GPA of 2.5
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Available for full-time internship (minimum 3 months)
