Tanggung Jawab
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation for new hires
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee databases
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks such as leave processing and documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Assist in preparing HR reports and compliance documentation
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations
- Proactive learning attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in HR matters
- Previous internship experience in HR is preferred
