Tanggung Jawab
- Support recruitment lifecycle through job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Manage relationships with external job boards and educational institutions
- Assist in developing employer branding materials and campus recruitment strategies
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports
- Coordinate candidate onboarding processes and documentation
- Participate in employer branding events and career fairs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and recruitment best practices
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of Singapore labor regulations
- Previous internship or volunteer experience preferred
