KFC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team in Tai Seng. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment and HR operations for two of the world's most beloved brands: KFC and Pizza Hut.

As an HR Intern, you will be at the heart of our talent acquisition strategy. You will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we find the right people to serve our customers across Singapore. This is an excellent stepping stone for anyone aiming to build a career in HR, offering mentorship from industry professionals and exposure to standard corporate recruitment practices.

You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational efficiency, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. If you are organized, a great communicator, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Draft and post compelling job advertisements across various recruitment portals and social media platforms.
  • Manage incoming candidate applications and conduct initial resume screening to identify top talent.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in the administration of recruitment activities, including data entry and maintaining applicant tracking systems.
  • Support the HR team in executing recruitment drives and walk-in interview sessions.
  • Compile and update recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and hiring progress.
  • Assist in general HR operational tasks and provide administrative support for onboarding documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Experience or a keen interest in high-volume recruitment or fast-food industry operations is a plus.
  • Ability to commit to the duration of the internship program.
