Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
- Support onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
- Participate in campus recruitment drives and career fairs
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
