You'll collaborate with HR professionals to implement recruitment strategies, foster a positive workplace culture, and design employee development programs. Develop essential skills in recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and training administration while building a professional network in Indonesia's pharmaceutical sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in recruitment processes including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
  • Support cultural initiatives by organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining internal communication channels
  • Contribute to Learning & Development by preparing training materials and coordinating skill-building workshops
  • Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems
  • Support onboarding programs for new hires including orientation preparation and documentation
  • Assist in HR analytics by compiling data for workforce planning and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interest in HR functions with focus on recruitment, culture building, or L&D
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR is highly preferred
