Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in recruitment processes including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Support cultural initiatives by organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining internal communication channels
- Contribute to Learning & Development by preparing training materials and coordinating skill-building workshops
- Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records using HRIS systems
- Support onboarding programs for new hires including orientation preparation and documentation
- Assist in HR analytics by compiling data for workforce planning and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in HR functions with focus on recruitment, culture building, or L&D
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR is highly preferred
