Emirates Airline is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & IWAY Generalist (Executive) to join our team in the Klang/Port Klang region. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between human resource operations and the implementation of IKEA Way (IWAY) standards, ensuring that our workplace culture and operational conduct align with global excellence benchmarks.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge of HR administration, employee relations, and compliance. You will be responsible for streamlining personnel documentation, supporting talent development initiatives, and maintaining rigorous adherence to IWAY requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including payroll support, attendance tracking, and personal file maintenance.
- Conduct regular IWAY compliance audits and ensure all documentation meets global operational standards.
- Support the recruitment cycle, including onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, workplace concerns, and benefit inquiries.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement training programs and developmental workshops.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all HR data management systems.
- Prepare monthly reports on workforce metrics, compliance status, and performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Administrative role.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Experience with IWAY or equivalent corporate sustainability/operational compliance frameworks is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
