Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR analytics or KPI monitoring
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate complex data
- Knowledge of HR metrics and performance management systems
