Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize compensation and benefits programs aligned with industry standards and company objectives
- Manage labor relations, union negotiations, and compliance with DOLE regulations
- Oversee timekeeping systems and ensure accurate payroll processing
- Maintain comprehensive employee records (201 files) and documentation systems
- Develop and execute HR policies supporting organizational growth and employee engagement
- Lead employee relations initiatives, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure legal compliance and process efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive HR experience with 2+ years in Compensation & Benefits specialization
- Proven expertise in Philippine labor laws, particularly on compensation structures and benefits administration
- Strong background in labor relations and union negotiations within the Philippine context
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll management software
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic problem-solving abilities
- PRC license as a Human Resources Practitioner preferred
