Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all human resources operations for the Manila site, ensuring alignment with global HR policies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership regarding organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent in the local market.
- Develop and execute employee engagement programs to maintain a high-performance culture and improve retention.
- Manage performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and professional development planning.
- Ensure 100% compliance with local Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and internal company policies.
- Oversee local payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS data integrity.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and lead investigations to maintain a healthy and inclusive workplace environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change management initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Filipino.
- Experience working in a global or multi-site organization is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and MS Office Suite.
