In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing our organizational learning strategies and performance management frameworks.

As an L&D Associate, you will work closely with the HR Development team to bridge skill gaps, foster employee engagement through continuous learning, and ensure that our performance appraisal processes are smooth and effective. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the professional development of our talented workforce.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and facilitate company-wide training programs, workshops, and development sessions.
  • Assist in the administration of the performance management system, ensuring timely completion of appraisals.
  • Maintain and update training databases, attendance records, and learning management system (LMS) content.
  • Support the design and implementation of employee onboarding and development initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from training participants to improve future learning interventions.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers for resource scheduling and logistics.
  • Generate regular reports on training efficacy and performance management compliance for HR leadership.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and performance management best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to facilitate group discussions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
