Suarga Sustainable Boutique Resort, an iconic destination in Bali, is seeking a highly skilled HR Legal Administrative Manager to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between human resources excellence and legal compliance, ensuring that our resort operations adhere to both local Indonesian labor laws and international hospitality standards.

As our HR Legal Administrative Manager, you will oversee a broad spectrum of administrative and legal functions. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the resort's interests while fostering a positive, compliant, and efficient workplace environment. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the Indonesian tourism industry.

You will be instrumental in developing robust HR policies, managing contractual obligations, and providing strategic legal guidance to resort management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law.
  • Manage end-to-end employment contract processes, including drafting, reviewing, and renewing agreements for local and expatriate staff.
  • Oversee all legal documentation related to resort operations, licenses, and permits to maintain regulatory standing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal legal inquiries, employee grievances, and dispute resolution.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and government agencies regarding labor audits and regulatory updates.
  • Maintain secure and confidential records of all legal and HR-related documents.
  • Provide training and guidance to department heads on legal best practices and workforce management.
  • Lead the administrative support team to ensure operational efficiency across the resort's corporate functions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum), Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Legal or Corporate Legal role, preferably within the hospitality or luxury resort sector in Indonesia.
  • Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law, labor regulations, and permit processing (KITAS/Work Permits).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated integrity and the ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to mitigating legal and operational risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
