Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU 13/2003) and company policies, conducting regular audits of HR documentation and legal filings.
- Manage employee relations, handle conflict resolution, and administer performance management processes effectively.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other legal correspondence.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that enhance workforce engagement and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, personnel files, and payroll data.
- Organize training programs and development initiatives to support the continuous growth of our staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in HR and Legal functions, preferably within the manufacturing or automation industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian employment laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ability to handle sensitive employee data.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail.
